Dress Code Guidelines
To ensure a respectful and dignified atmosphere for this special occasion, all graduates and guests are required to adhere to the following dress code:
Gentlemen
Male graduands have two attire options:
• A dark-coloured Baju Melayu paired with a Samping Songket, or
• A dark-coloured Lounge Suit, worn with a light-coloured long-sleeved
shirt and a necktie.
• Gentlemen may wear traditional national dress, a Lounge Suit, or Batik
attire.
• Ladies are welcome to wear the national dress or a modest formal dress
suitable for the occasion.
In both cases, dark-coloured covered shoes and socks are mandatory.
Please note that sneakers, sandals, and jeans are strictly not permitted.
Ladies
Female graduands are encouraged to dress modestly and elegantly.
Acceptable attire includes:
• Traditional Malay attire such as Baju Kurung or Kebaya Labuh, or
• A modest and formal dress.
Footwear must be dark-coloured covered shoes, decent heels, or formal
dress shoes. Comfort and neatness are key.
Honourable Guests
• Gentlemen may wear traditional national dress, a Lounge Suit, or Batik
attire.
