Nadiah epitomises youth, charisma and vision.

At 37, she is the Executive Director and Group CEO of TMC Life Sciences Berhad, and the Chief Executive Officer of Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara. Nadiah has been with the Group since 2017.

Her career began as an Associate Consultant at Boston Consulting Group before joining Sunway Group as the Manager for Strategy and Corporate Development in 2010. Since then, she was promoted to Director of Business Development and Corporate Communications before taking on the Chief Operating Officer role at the Group.

Such success comes from a passion for excellence, pure hard work, excellent foresight and a true leadership quality, manifested from a young age and spilling over into different parts of her life.

Nadiah holds a MSc in Public Health (Nutrition) from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, UK. She also graduated with an AB cum Laude in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard College, USA. 

She was nominated into the Forum of Young Global Leaders Class of 2020 and serves as Vice-President of the Harvard Club of Malaysia where she spends time interviewing potential Harvard students from Malaysia. She is a Director of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia while mentoring with Endeavor, a global non-profit organisation and Closing the Gap, a programme that guides bright pre-university students from disadvantaged backgrounds to survive and apply for scholarships to continue their education. 

Nadiah is also one of the 20 women leaders and only Malaysian listed in Forbes Asia’s Power Businesswomen 2021.
