Divyana Parasu’s journey is shaped by resilience, determination, and strength. A graduate of the Diploma in Early Childhood Education, she continued moving forward despite health struggles and personal challenges that once tested her resolve.
Today, she continues her studies in the Bachelor of Early Childhood Education while working part-time as a Head Teacher for toddlers, balancing responsibility and passion with grace. Her recognition as the Best Diploma Student Award recipient reflects a powerful belief she carries with her — that progress should never pause, no matter how challenging the journey may be.
Receiving the Best Diploma Student Award feels incredibly meaningful to me. After missing my SPM graduation due to the lockdown, this recognition feels like a long-awaited moment of closure and achievement. Knowing how much I struggled through health issues and personal challenges makes this achievement even more special.
What kept me going was reminding myself of how hard I worked to reach this point. After everything I went through, I made a conscious decision to fully focus on my studies and push beyond my limits, knowing that my effort would eventually lead me here.

“Every challenge I faced reminded me to keep
moving forward and trust the journey.”
One of my biggest challenges was handling a demanding academic workload, particularly when deadlines overlapped. Taking on responsibility during group work helped me grow in discipline and accountability, and learning to manage my priorities kept me focused on my goals throughout the journey.
I’m grateful for every class I attended at UNIRAZAK. Learning felt engaging and meaningful because of lecturers who were always supportive and willing to help, even with their busy schedules. Their teaching methods made a real difference in my academic journey. I’m especially inspired by Miss Firzana, whose dedication and academic journey motivated me to continue my studies and aim higher.
Moving forward, I plan to gain more practical experience in Early Childhood Education and work towards opportunities in international schools. To future Razakians, my advice is simple: don’t pause your progress. Even during difficult times, keep pursuing your goals and education. You are the main character of your own journey — stay resilient, stay focused, and never give up.
