At UNIRAZAK, we are proud to celebrate Siti Wahidah, a shining example of perseverance and open-minded growth. Despite initially dreaming of a different path in accounting, she embraced her family’s wishes and found her true calling in Early Childhood Care and Development Education Supervision.

What began as an unfamiliar journey soon became a passion — driven by her love for learning, exploring new experiences, and bringing joy to children. Her story reflects the spirit of a Razakian who dares to try, adapt, and grow, turning uncertainty into purpose and shaping a future built on care, compassion, and continuous discovery.

Receiving the CEO Award is an incredible honour — one that fills me with deep gratitude and humility. Every late night, every moment of doubt, and every small victory along the way suddenly feels worth it. I honestly didn’t expect to be recognised, but this achievement made me appreciate the sacrifices, effort, and determination I’ve poured into my journey even more.

What kept me going was my belief in the purpose behind everything I was doing. Balancing studies, work, and personal life wasn’t always easy, but setting clear priorities and staying disciplined helped me remain focused. The constant encouragement from my family, friends, and lecturers reminded me that I wasn’t alone — their support became the driving force that pushed me to keep moving forward, even through the toughest moments.

My biggest challenge was finding balance — between deadlines, commitments, and my own well-being.There were days I felt stretched thin, but I learned the value of time management and self-care. Breaking tasks into smaller goals and reminding myself to rest made a huge difference.

“Breaking Through,” to me, means rising above those limits and discovering strength I didn’t know I had. Every obstacle became a lesson in resilience. UNIRAZAK’s supportive environment helped me step out of my comfort zone, build confidence, and realise that growth often comes from the hardest moments.

I’ll always remember the inspiring atmosphere at UNIRAZAK — from lecturers like Miss Norismadihah who guided me with care, to friends who kept me grounded. The experiences here shaped not just my academic success, but also who I’ve become as a person.

Moving forward, I plan to keep growing, developing my skills, and building a meaningful career. This achievement is a reminder that consistency and faith truly pay off. To my fellow Razakians — stay patient, stay focused, and trust your journey. Breakthroughs don’t happen overnight, but every step you take brings you closer to the moment where everything clicks.
